Recycling is a waste solution, rather than a renewable solution. However, it serves as a logical and economical method of transforming waste. SbInternationals Plastics Reclaim Division develops concepts and technologies to improve the amount of recycled material that can be used in thermoforming production, as well as improving the clarity of recycling PET. We aim to have a material suitable for 60%+ PCR Thermoforming Resin - made from typical PCR PET, modified and processed using our own technologies, without additives.

Using a newly developed sink/float tank, recycling companies are able to make the most out of a single line, rather than invest heavily in a second to improve output. The tank itself speeds up the seperation of HDPE and PET while significantly decreasing the risk of contamination. It utilises basic theories in fluid dynamics to deperate the materials and allow them to pass on to the next stage of recycling quickly and effectively. The temperature control module can ensure a constant temperature throughout the process - thus improving the quality of the regrind.
